    500 grams of medium-fat ground meat
    2 red bell peppers (kapya biber)
    1 grated onion (squeeze out the juice)
    2 grated garlic cloves
    1 teaspoon of tomato paste
    1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (pulbiber)
    1 teaspoon of black pepper
    1 teaspoon of salt

    How to Make Şiş Kebap

    Prepare the Peppers: Finely chop the red bell peppers using a food processor and squeeze out the excess juice. Add the chopped peppers to the ground meat.

    Add the Onion: Grate the onion and squeeze out the juice. Add the grated onion to the meat mixture.

    Mix the Ingredients: Add the grated garlic, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to the mixture. Knead the mixture thoroughly for about ten minutes to ensure all the flavors are well incorporated.

    Rest the Mixture: Cover the mixture and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour to allow the flavors to meld.

    Shape the Kebabs: Take portions of the mixture about the size of a tangerine and mold them onto skewers.

    Bake the Kebabs: Place the skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush them with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) until fully cooked, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking.
